Wine Dinners

On Friday night from 7 to 10 p.m., choose from the culinary delicacies of the region's most renowned chefs at one of our exceptional Wine Dinners. Indulge in a five-course gourmet affair featuring each chef's signature dishes paired with boutique wines from a noted winemaker.

Top restaurants throughout the region will showcase their legendary chefs' forte, allowing diners the option to savor the finest fare in Baton Rouge. Throughout each course, guests are educated about the complementary pairings that bring out the distinct flavors in each culinary delicacy.

Michael David Winery logoThe Hilton Capitol Center is honored to present celebrity chef Tim Creehan who will partner with the Hilton's executive chef Michael Loupe to create sumptuous coastal fare matched with top-caliber wines from Winemaker Franck Lambert of Michael David Vineyards.

Heath Winery Australia logo, Australian winesExperience the great pairing of food and wine at Vic's Chophouse located near Towne Center. Chef Victor Pickich will partner with Chef Jason Gronlund, Executive Chef for Tabasco, to create a fabulous five-course affair artfully paired with fine wine from a noted vineyard. Winemaker Alan Heath of Heath Winery of Australia will pair his noted wines to bring out the distinct flavors in each culinary delicacy.
